KOTA KINABALU: The people of Sabah and Sarawak need to have a say in deciding the future of the country, says Sabah STAR.

Party president Datuk Dr Jeffrey Kitingan said the two states have been treated as mere spectators in the current drama unfolding in the nation's politics.

“Now more than ever, it is important for Sabah and Sarawak MPs to sit down and be united," he said, urging them to work together to push for the reinstatement of state rights and financial commitments from the Federal Government amid political uncertainty at the national level. He said the olive branch offered by the Muhyiddin to the Opposition was a commendable diplomatic gesture that should be accepted for the sake of political stability in the country.

Jeffery , You are worst than mere spectators because you see nothing.

Frog should have no say anyway , who in his right frame of mind will listened , fully knowing that you just got to throw a little crumbs , they will easily be satisfied .

Just fixed deposits.

JeffreyKitingan the humble don't claim to be humble. Those who are rich don't show off their shiny toys. And those who are in control in Putrajaya Politics definitely don't make statement to claim to be in control of Putrajaya Politics.

Hey Jeffrey, JeffreyKitingan Why don't you make MuhyiddinYassin your Sabah PM instead. We at Peninsula is ok really .
