CORONAVIRUS | Only hair-cutting services are allowed while facial and head massages are prohibited.

CORONAVIRUS | The Sarawak Disaster Management Committee will allow barbershops and hair salons in the state to reopen from June 8, said its chairperson Douglas Uggah Embas today.

Uggah, who is also the deputy chief minister, however, added that only hair-cutting services are allowed for now, while other services such as facial and head massages are prohibited. “The meeting also decided to reopen four nature reserves in Samajaya, Bukit Lima, Bukit Sembiling and Piasau on the same date in accordance with the stipulated standard operating procedure ,” he said at the daily Covid-19 press conference today.
