SEOUL, Nov 11 ― South Korea's defence ministry said today it was negotiating to provide the United States ― a major supplier of weapons to Ukraine ― with ammunition, afterSouth Korea's position of not providing lethal aid to Ukraine is unchanged, the defence ministry said in a statement.

Citing US officials familiar with the deal, the Journal said the agreement calls for the United States to purchase 100,000 rounds of 155mm artillery rounds that would be delivered to Ukraine.
