A three-man panel chaired by Federal Court judge Justice Mohd Zawawi Salleh unanimously dismissed Rosmah's appeals here on Friday .In its brief decision, Justice Mohd Zawawi said the criminal court has no jurisdiction to grant the declaratory relief sought by Rosmah.
Justice Mohd Zawawi said the Criminal Procedure Code was a complete and comprehensive law relating to the procedure in criminal proceedings. On Dec 6, 2021, the Court of Appeal dismissed Rosmah’s appeal, saying that it had no jurisdiction to hear the matter.
