Robbery suspect jumps off third floor of JB court in escape bid

A SUSPECT in a robbery case was injured when he tried to escape remand detention by jumping off the third floor of the Johor Baru court building yesterday.

Johor Baru Selatan district police chief assistant commissioner Shahurinain Jais said the 30-year-old man was taken to the room for the remand to be extended at 12.15pm.
