Najib dibicarakan atas 25 pertuduhan salah guna kuasa dan pengubahan wang haram membabitkan dana 1MDB berjumlah RM2.28 bilion, yang dimasukkan ke akaun AmBank miliknya antara Februari 2011 dan Disember 2014.
Adam Ariff Roslan berkata berdasarkan analisisnya, dana terbabit dipindahkan menerusi sistem perbankan pelbagai bidang kuasa asing antara September 2009 dan Disember 2014. Sementara itu, Adam berkata antara 30 Okt dan 20 Nov 2012, sejumlah RM90.9 juta lagi dimasukkan ke dalam akaun Najib. Penganalisis itu juga memberitahu mahkamah antara 21 Mac dan 10 April 2013, sejumlah RM2.08 bilion dimasukkan ke akaun Najib.
