THE government has agreed to increase investments from an initial RM700 million to more than RM1 billion to improve the telecommunications infrastructure in Kelantan, Communications and Multimedia Minister Annuar Musa said. He tweeted today that various new initiatives have been added through the National Digital Network Plan in the state.
