KUCHING: Sarawak is concerned about the rising trend of sexually transmitted infections (STD) like syphilis, gonorrhea and HIV/AIDS, especially among married women, in the state.

Welfare, Community Wellbeing, Women, Family and Childhood Development Minister Datuk Seri Fatimah Abdullah said it was worrying that the state was now seeing more cases affecting married women, including housewives.
