Ahmad Hassanal Bulkiah Baharudin, 38, said he and his wife had to stay at his mother’s house at Flat Sri Melaka, Cheras after getting married in 2002, as he could not afford to own a house.
"So when there is an opportunity to buy a home with good facilities like this , it is like a dream come true and very fulfilling experience,” he said when met at the key handing over ceremony to 200 Residensi Sky Awani 3 owners here. Expressing his satisfaction with the quality of the property, the Kuala Lumpur native also praised the developer’s initiative in offering home renovation packages at a price as low as RM4,000.
"My family and I have been living in Cheras for 13 years but now we will move here because the environment is more conducive,” he said.
