KUALA LUMPUR, May 2 — Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Wan Rosdy Wan Ismail said the state’s anti-party hopping Bill will not be tabled during the next sitting of the state legislative assembly which is scheduled to convene on May 8.reported Wan Rosdy as saying that the tabling of the Bill was delayed at the Opposition’s request.
“They have given their reasons for the Bill to be postponed, which is to study and re-study and probably give their suggestions to us. Wan Rosdy had previously said that the state government was ready to table an anti-party hopping Bill at the state legislative assembly if it gets the support of the Opposition.
