If he is innocent, why is he offering to settle?

Thats is attemp to bribe and its a crime, SPRM should arrest and remand AGC for investigation becoz failed to report to SPRM

If this is true, wouldn't Apandi be harbouring a fugitive since he is in contact with Fatty Low? Or we don't have laws against this sort of thing, in which case explains why Zakir Naik is free to roam in our country then.

Yeah right .. robbed us and use our money to pay us back ! Brilliant

Such perpetrators must be punished as severe as the law allow to deter anyone thinking returning back the stolen loot is ok... don't let malaysia be the country down in history to do that...

He need to offer his body and soul (if he has )as well

Very good business man this apek. Stole billions, offer to give back a little bit only

Only in Malaysia.

Offering settlement using the same money that doesn't belong to him in the first place? Righteous 🤙🏻

Yes in Malaysia those stole money later can r we r we returned partially the money n all charges will be dropped

Apandi , what do you get to betray Malaysians ? 10% ?

Hahaha.. ok bagi balik. Tu duit kita tu
