Kata Renard, dia amat gembira dapat bersama skuad Arab Saudi dan akan bekerja keras bagi mempersiapkan pasukan menghadapi kempen kelayakan tersebut. “Sangat gembira dapat memulakan cabaran baharu bersama pasukan Arab Saudi,” kata jurulatih warga Perancis itu. Dalam kempen kelayakan bagi Piala Dunia 2022 dan Piala Asia 2023 menyaksikan Arab Saudi diundi bersama Uzbekistan, Palestin, Yemen and Singapura.
