JOHOR BARU: The remand order for a woman who was detained for allegedly abusing two babies is expected to be extended, says Johor police chief Comm Datuk Kamarul Zaman Mamat .

“Her remand order will end tomorrow , but we will apply for an extension so that we can gather enough evidence on the case. He was speaking to reporters after the Johor Police Hari Raya Aidilfitri Open House at the Johor police headquarters here on Thursday .The police probe came following the emergence of two video clips on social media.

“The video was recently shared and went viral, so we will look into when the incident had occurred,” he added.
