The state BN chairman admitted that he was a little emotional when making the allegation, but considered it normal in politics. “Politics is like that, sometimes we have to face something, a little emotional .“However, everything is going well , we in Umno, BN are always big-hearted,” he said after the state government tabled the 2023 Sabah budget at the state assembly.
However Hajiji said the electoral pact between GRS and BN was no longer valid as BN suffered a defeat in the general election on Nov 19.He hoped that Sabah BN was willing to continue cooperation with GRS in the Sabah state government in maintaining the momentum of their joint administration. Earlier today, Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim had confirmed that GRS was part of the coalition government that he leads. Bung welcomes the participation of GRS in Anwar’s government.
