Pada penghujung Sept lalu, seramai 74 orang bayi dan kanak-kanak dari seluruh paroki St Martin telah menerima Sakramen Pembaptisan yang disempurnakan oleh dua orang paderi iaitu Fr Christopher Ireneus dan Fr Stephen Esguerra.
Paderi paroki, Fr Christopher Ireneus dalam homilinya telah memberikan soalan renungan kepada ibu bapa yang hadir berkenaan dengan keperluan anak mereka dibaptis. “Justeru, ibu bapa perlu sentiasa peka dan ambil peduli dengan perkembangan iman anak mereka, bukan sekadar hadir membawa anak mereka untuk dibaptis kemudian menyerahkan sepenuhnya kepada katekis pembimbing untuk membentuk iman anak mereka.”
