Rayhar Travels Sdn Bhd, salah satu daripada 41 syarikat yang tersenarai dalam saman pelucutan hak 1MDB hari ini membantah Mahkamah Tinggi Kuala Lumpur kerana membenarkan pewartaan notis kepada pihak ketiga yang mempunyai kepentingan dalam kes itu. – Gambar AFP, 5 Julai, 2019.

RAYHAR Travels Sdn Bhd, salah satu daripada 41 syarikat yang tersenarai dalam saman pelucutan hak 1MDB hari ini membantah Mahkamah Tinggi Kuala Lumpur kerana membenarkan pewartaan notis kepada pihak ketiga yang mempunyai kepentingan dalam kes itu. Agensi itu yang mengendalikan pakej haji dan umrah memberitahu mahkamah menerusi peguamnya Yunos Shariff bahawa perbicaraan itu merupakan pengakuan salah dilakukan oleh syarikat berkenaan.
