Ramai penduduk kini mengharapkan bantuan antarabangsa selepas lebih 30,000 kehilangan tempat tinggal.Bantuan luar dilaporkan mula sampai ke Derna semalam lebih 36 jam selepas bencana itu berlaku.
Amerika Syarikat , Jerman, Iran, Itali, Qatar dan Turkiye antara negara yang menyatakan kesediaan untuk menghantar bantuan.
