KERAJAAN negeri Kedah pimpinan PAS dikecam lagi oleh Timbalan Ketua Menteri Pulau Pinang P. Ramasamy berhubung kegagalannya menyelesaikan masalah bekalan air yang sekian lama berlaku. Ramasamy berkata Menteri Besar Kedah Muhammad Sanusi Osman sepatutnya terlebih dulu menyelesaikan masalah bekalan air di negerinya, sebelum bertelagah dengan negeri jiran, Pulau Pinang berhubung sumber air.
