The post, with the caption"Happen in: Hospital Sultan Ismail Mount Austin, Johor", was uploaded on Sunday .In a statement on Tuesday , the Johor Health Department debunked the claim and clarified that it was an old photograph lifted from a newspaper article dating back to Feb 5, 2019.
"The department wishes to stress that the post is untrue and could cause confusion among the public. "The department and hospital authorities periodically conduct inspections of the cafeteria to ensure that conditions there remain hygienic," the statement read.
