Quick Response Team (QRT) mula dibentuk bagi menangani isu kesesakan serius kaunter imigresen di Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Kuala Lumpur (KLIA).

SEPANG: Quick Response Team mula dibentuk bagi menangani isu kesesakan serius kaunter imigresen di Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Kuala Lumpur di sini.

Terdahulu, beliau melakukan tinjauan pelaksanaan operasi sulung QRT di KLIA sambil beramah mesra dengan para penumpang antarabangsa yang tiba di terminal berkenaan. “Semua pegawai terlibat sudah diberi pendedahan dan latihan cukup sebelum ditugaskan di kaunter malah JIM akan buat perkara sama di Johor pula mulai Isnin depan,” katanya.

Sebelum ini ujar Khairul Dzaimee, dianggarkan seramai 1,376 penumpang akan melalui kaunter pemeriksaan imigresen di dua terminal itu dalam setiap jam ketika waktu puncak. Senario berkenaan kata beliau, turut disumbangkan faktor ketibaan banyak penerbangan sehingga mencecah 27 pesawat mendarat sepanjang waktu puncak selama empat jam
