Dr Hanafiah berkata, tiada guna persekitaran yang cantik dan baik tetapi pandemik Covid-19 merebak dengan meluas. Pendapat sama turut dikongsi Pakar Epidemiologi Fakulti Perubatan Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia Profesor Madya Dr Mohd Rohaizat Hassan yang mahu masyarakat sedar keperluan memakai pelitup muka tiga lapisan mampu mengurangkan risiko penyebaran virus Covid-19 berbanding jenis fabrik 'fancy' yang kini menjadi pilihan ramai.
Katanya, masyarakat perlu tahu dan faham tujuan pemakaian pelitup muka bukan sekadar syarat saja tetapi usaha dalam memutuskan penularan jangkitan.
