Polis menahan pendatang tanpa izin dalam serbuan di Kota Kinabalu baru-baru ini.

Saang berkata, Pemuda Upko tidak berhasrat menyentuh isu pelarian Rohingya untuk kepentingan politik, tetapi percaya masalah pendatang tanpa izin di Sabah tidak boleh diabaikan.Beliau berkata, sayap Pemuda itu bingung berhubung kempen yang dimulakan oleh Pertubuhan Pembela-pembela Islam di semenanjung semasa pelaksanaan perintah kawalan pergerakan .

Saang berkata, Upko merupakan parti politik pertama di Sabah yang mencadangkan supaya kad pengenalan sedia ada ditarik balik dan digantikan dengan kad baru.
