PUTRAJAYA: Kerajaan persekutuan bercadang menubuhkan mahkamah khas untuk mempercepatkan pendakwaan kes rasuah tanpa menjejaskan operasi mahkamah biasa, kata Dr Mahathir Mohamad.
“Ia memerlukan beberapa undang-undang baru untuk menambah baik sistem perundangan negara dan sudah tentu ia adalah untuk menentang rasuah. Ia tidak akan menjejaskan mahkamah biasa,” katanya selepas mesyuarat Jawatankuasa Khas Kabinet Mengenai Anti-rasuah hari ini. Beliau berkata, itu antara cadangan dalam Pelan Anti-rasuah Nasional dalam aspek pentadbiran, integriti dan pencegahan rasuah.
Sepatutnya, agar rakyat terutama mereka yg punya kuasa takut utk merasuah dan menerima rasuah.
