Deputy Inspector-General of Police Datuk Mazlan Mansor said authorities were still conducting search-and-rescue operations to find the missing 15-year-old."A joint search operations including personnel from the Fire and Rescue Department, Civil Defence Force, Rela, as well as the Negri Sembilan Forestry Department, is on-going,"he said in a statement on Tuesday .
"This is to protect the sensitivity of the girl's family, as well as to avoid any speculation which could jeopardise the search operations. "We have no reason to believe there is any criminal element involved in this case, and as such, it has been classified as a missing persons report,"he said.
