He however, said the Federal Territories state security committee, after consulting with the National Security Council and Health Ministry, decided on reopening public parks.The conditional MCO was reinstated in the Klang Valley and is in effect from Oct 14 to Oct 27. A day earlier before the announcement of the conditional MCO, the Kuala Lumpur City Hall announced that all 17 parks managed by them would be closed.
