THE sessions court was today told that the prosecution in the case involving ex-prime minister Najib Razak and former 1Malaysia Development Bhd CEO Arul Kanda Kandasamy over the alleged tampering of the state investor’s final audit report has filed an application for a transfer to the high court. Deputy public prosecutor Amir Nasrudin informed judge Azura Alwi about the matter when the case came up for mention.
