SHAH ALAM: Mana-mana individu termasuk bekas perdana menteri Dr Mahathir Mohamad berhak menjadi calon Perikatan Nasional PRK Kemaman, kata Setiausaha Agung PAS Takiyuddin Hassan.
“Semua rakyat Malaysia berhak menjadi calon, asalkan warga Malaysia, dia tak kira orang Terengganu atau orang mana sebab dia calon Parlimen. Takiyuddin diminta mengulas sama ada Mahathir bakal dipilih calon PN pada PRK Kemaman susulan khabar angin bertiup sebelum ini. Namun kemenangannya dibatalkan Mahkamah Pilihan Raya Terengganu pada 26 September lalu selepas pempetisyen berjaya membuktikan wujudnya unsur rasuah ketika kempen pilihan raya. PAS tidak merayu keputusan itu.
