The President of the Badminton Association of Malaysia (BAM), Tan Sri Mohamad Norza Zakaria, urges all players to appreciate the opportunity to represent the country. Norza emphasizes the importance of patriotism in players as it is not easy for a player to represent the country at the international level. Currently, the participation of the country's professional individual player, Lee Zii Jia, in the Thomas Cup championship remains uncertain despite the nation's hopes for his presence. Norza hopes for a strong team that can perform well in the upcoming Asian Team Badminton Championship (BATC) in 2024.

KUALA LUMPUR: Presiden Persatuan Badminton Malaysia , Tan Sri Mohamad Norza Zakaria menggesa semua pemain agar menghargai peluang mewakili negara.
