Beliau berkata, operasi bermula pada pukul 9.00 pagi dan setakat ini sebanyak 12 premis sudah diperiksa namun operasi masih lagi berjalan terutama untuk mengesan pembekal yang terlibat. “Berdasarkan maklumat yang diterima, harga jualan kepada pelajar sekolah adalah 50 sen seunit dan bekalan diperolehi dari pembekal di sekitar Kota Bharu. Pemeriksaan sedang dijalankan bagi mengenal pasti pembekal barang tersebut,” katanya dalam satu kenyataan di sini hari ini.
Sementara itu, Adnan berkata, siasatan dijalankan di bawah Akta Perihal Dagangan 2011 dan jika didapati bersalah boleh didenda tidak melebihi RM250,000 bagi suatu pertubuhan perbadanan.
