Pos Malaysia lancar setem edisi terhad Star Wars

KUALA LUMPUR: Pos Malaysia Berhad buat pertama kalinya melancarkan setem edisi terhad bertemakan Star Wars, dengan kerjasama The Walt Disney Company Malaysia.

Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Kumpulan Pos Malaysia, Syed Md Najib Syed Md Noor berkata, siri setem itu ditawarkan untuk prapembelian bermula hari ini di kedai dalam talian Pos Malaysia dan ia akan dibuka untuk pembelian di 13 Pejabat Pos Besar di seluruh negara mulai 2 Jan tahun depan. Beliau berkata siri itu memaparkan 10 setem khas yang menggambarkan watak-watak Star Wars termasuk Rey, Lando Calrissian dan watak kegemaran sepanjang masa, Chewbacca dan C-3PO.

“Kenderaan Star Wars dan robot yang popular juga akan dipaparkan seperti ‘Poe Dameron’s X-Wing’, ‘the Imperial TIE Fighter’ dan ‘fastest hunk of junk in the galaxy – the Millenium Falcon’,” katanya dalam kenyataan. Koleksi itu boleh didapati dalam set folder lengkap berharga RM120 yang terdiri daripada 2 keping setem bertebuk “The First Order” dan “The Resistance”.“Pek lengkap dengan poskad yang boleh dikoyakkan dan 1 sampul ‘Millennium Falcon’juga akan ditawarkan pada harga hanya RM10,” katanya.
