Menurutnya, serbuan dilakukan Bahagian Siasatan Jenayah Narkotik Daerah Sungai Siput dan Kuala Kangsar hasil daripada maklumat. "Tembakan itu dilepaskan ke arah tayar depan dan belakang, namun suspek berjaya melarikan diri sebelum dia akhirnya ditangkap selepas dikejar sejauh dua kilometer dari lokasi serbuan," katanya ketika dihubungi hari ini.
