POLIS Diraja Malaysia telah menerima data rangkaian penularan Covid-19 melibatkan kira-kira 40,000 individu yang termasuk individu dikaitkan dengan kluster ahli tabligh daripada Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia .
“Kami membuat analisis daripada data-data itu dengan membantu KKM mengenal pasti sehingga lebih kurang 11,000 ahli tabligh yang menyertai majlis ijtimak di Masjid Sri Petaling, baru-baru ini. Beliau berkata kebanyakan kumpulan ahli tabligh itu telah disaring dan pihak polis menyeru orang ramai agar tidak mengecam dan mendiskriminasi ahli tabligh.
