Selangor police chief Comm Datuk Arjunaidi Mohamed said the incident occurred at around 1.30pm on Saturday between a customer and a restaurant worker."The incident was recorded on video by a food delivery rider," he told reporters at the Selangor police headquarters on Sunday ."Coincidentally, a police movement control order compliance task force team was in the area and managed to calm the situation.
"We have called all witnesses and individuals involved in the case for further investigation," he said, adding that the completed investigation papers would be referred to the Deputy Public Prosecutor for further instructions. He said police were investigating the case under Section 298 and Section 509 of the Penal Code for intentionally wounding the religious feelings of a person and insulting the modesty of a person by word, sound or gesture."It is human nature to get angry, but everyone must have control over it. Once words are spoken, they cannot be taken back," he said.
