Police extends ESSZone curfew until October 23

POLICE have extended the curfew, which is supposed to end tomorrow, in the waters off seven districts in the Eastern Sabah Security Zone until October 23, said Sabah police commissioner Omar Mammah.

The curfew from 6pm to 6am covers the waters off Tawau, Semporna, Kunak, Lahad Datu, Kinabatangan, Sandakan and Beluran, he said in a statement today. Effective July 2018, access to full reports will only be available with a subscription. Sign-up now and enjoy one week free access!
