POLICE have arrested a part-time contractor for allegedly abusing a three-year-old boy under his care on Jalan Besar Taman Dagang, Kuala Lumpur, today. Ampang Jaya police chief, Mohamad Farouk Eshak said the local man in his 40s is the temporary guardian of the child because the victim’s biological parents are currently in prison serving time for drug offences.
