“Secara peribadi, saya akan terus mengingati jasa mendiang terhadap pembangunan negara khususnya pembinaan Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Kuala Lumpur .Clifford, 81, menyertai Perkhidmatan Tadbir dan Diplomatik pada 1964, berkhidmat sebagai ketua setiausaha perbendaharaan mulai 1994 sebelum bersara pada 1997.
