“Hampir semua negara di Asia melaksanakan had umur mengundi 18 tahun. Dan yang terkini beberapa negara di Eropah pula mula menurunkan had umur mengundi yang lebih rendah daripada 18 tahun kepada 16 tahun seperti Austria dan Scotland.
