Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim took to his official social media pages to share a cute handwritten letter he received from a 9-year-old Malaysian

In the letter written in English, the student, known as Maryam complained to “Uncle Anwar” about the cleanliness of her public school’s toilets.“I want to tell you about my school’s bathroom. As much as I appreciate your task to make school toilets clean, I don’t think my school’s toilets are clean.”

Maryam then requested the Prime Minister to “please bring more toilet bowls” for her school and told him that currently, two of the ceiling tiles were also missing.Responding to the handwritten letter, Anwar thanked the 9-year-old student and said that he would look into the matter with much detail and expedite the resolution of the issue for the well-being of children in school.
