itmetro PLUS Malaysia Berhad memperkenalkan 'PUTRI', chatbot yang akan membantu menyalurkan maklumat kepada pengguna lebuh raya

CHATBOBOT PUTRI menggunakan AI bagi membantu menyalurkan maklumat kepada pengguna lebuh raya PLUS. FOTO arkib NSTP/PLUSSYARIKAT konsesi lebuh raya, PLUS Malaysia Berhad memperkenalkan 'PUTRI', chatbot yang akan membantu menyalurkan maklumat kepada pengguna lebuh raya.

Ketua Pegawai Teknologi dan Inovasi PLUS, Shamsul Izhan Abdul Majid berkata, ia chatbot pertama bagi industri lebuh raya dan diperkenalkan bagi mengendalikan maklum balas berhubung perkhidmatan lebuh raya secara digital. "PUTRI dijangka dapat mengendalikan lebih daripada 70 peratus daripada 1,500 panggilan harian yang diterima Pusat Pemantauan Trafik PLUS .

Beliau berkata, chatbot ini dapat diakses dan digunakan dengan mudah kerana memberikan respons lebih pantas dan mampu mengurangkan tempoh menunggu pelanggan lebuh raya.
