Ketua Setiausaha Negara, Tan Sri Mohd Zuki Ali memperkatakan sesuatu kepada Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Terengganu, Datuk Seri Tengku Farok Hussin Tengku Abdul Jalil mengenai buku garis panduan MyMudah pada Majlis Perasmian Persidangan MyMudah 2024 Peringkat Terengganu di sebuah hotel di, sini hari ini.

Majlis yang turut dihadiri Ketua Pengarah Perbadanan Produktiviti Malaysia Zahid Ismail itu turut menyaksikan pelancaran Garis Panduan MyMudah dan Pelesenan Negeri Terengganu, Artificial Intelligence untuk MyMudah serta penyampaian Sijil Penubuhan Unit MyMudah. “Kami sedia maklum bahawa terdapat banyak peraturan dan garis panduan di peringkat kerajaan negeri dan PBT yang perlu dipatuhi oleh peniaga. Justeru, melalui Unit MyMudah, industri boleh berhubung secara langsung dengan pihak berkuasa berkaitan serta bekerjasama dalam menyelesaikan isu dan cabaran peraturan perniagaan tanpa perlu melalui banyak kerenah birokrasi,” katanya.
