A local man, believed to be the outlet's manager, was also detained for hiring foreigners without permits, while the five foreign women working as GRO were detained for working without proper permits, he added."Two local men and a foreign woman tested positive for drugs," he said."Failure to comply with the SOP can increase the spread of Covid-19.
