Pegawai medianya, Mohd. Ikhmal Mohd. Iskandar berkata, ketika berada di Sitiawan kira-kira pukul 9 malam tadi, beliau telah membaca keratan akhbar tersebut yang bertajuk ‘Usah biar 13 Mei berulang’ yang dimuat naik dalam Facebook.
Dalam laporan polisnya, beliau mendakwa kenyataan itu berunsur perkauman yang sangat berbahaya dengan dakwaan ia adalah ulangan kepada kempen Pilihan Raya Ke-15 bertujuan menakut-nakutkan untuk mengundi selain daripada Pas dan Perikatan Nasional . Beliau juga mendakwa kenyataan itu sangat berbahaya yang boleh menimbulkan perasaan tidak selesa dalam kalangan rakyat Malaysia yang mencintai keamanan.
Sehubungan itu, beliau meminta pihak polis menyiasat Ahli Parlimen Marang itu di bawah Seksyen 233 Akta Komunikasi dan Multimedia 1998, Seksyen 499 Kanun Keseksaan dan Akta Hasutan 1970. – UTUSAN
