PH leadership needs effective methods to win back voters, says Anwar

: The result of the Kimanis by-election which saw Barisan Nasional retain the parliamentary seat yesterday shows the Pakatan Harapan leadership must to come out with more effective methods to win back the hearts of the people.said this is not the time to play the blame game, but to face reality and do something to prevent further erosion of support.

“We have the result and we have to accept it. To the winning candidate, congratulations and continue your service ... I believe that Sabah under the leadership of Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal will continue to strive for excellence,” he said when met at the Port Dickson Chinese New Year Open House 2020 at Taman Lukut Hartamas here last night.Its candidate Datuk Mohamad Alamin, 48, won by a majority of 2,029 votes.

The by-election was necessitated by the Election Court’s nullification on Aug 16, 2019, of former MP Datuk Seri Anifah Aman’s win in Kimanis in the 14th General Election in May 2018. —

anwaribrahim just deliver the promise during GE. Ppl didn't vote for Mahathir but PH. Now ppl dont see change but only see UMNO 2.0 in Mahathir style leadership. Soon all PH will lose election. By then it's too late. Pls take over the leadership ASAP and give a date

Facile statements won't work as BN alliances are unstoppable and unequivocal!

Effective method is real change and having government and civil service based on competence, accountability and integrity. Voters hoped for the above and that hope is waning with same old same old, self-serving politics.

Can be achieved provided you should take over the PM position, the sooner the better. People has fed up with the current leadership. Someone says in the parliment that Manifesto is not a holy book. Do something before rakyat feels bad about PH in the next election.

PH days are countable even in GE15 doubtlessly!
