KIRA-KIRA 9,000 pelajar Universiti Malaya gagal ditempatkan di kediaman kampus institusi berkenaan tahun ini, menurut Persatuan Belia Baru Universiti Malaya . Badan pelajar mengkritik universiti kerana gagal menangani isu penginapan sambil menambah ramai pelajar B40 berpencapaian tinggi gagal mendapat penempatan di kolej kediaman universiti itu.
