MAHKAMAH Tinggi Kuching menolak permohonan Petronas untuk menangguhkan prosiding saman difailkan pengawal cukai jualan Sarawak dan kerajaan negeri terhadapnya. Dalam penghakiman di kamarnya, Pesuruhjaya Kehakiman Christopher Chin menetapkan 13 Mac untuk mendengar saman terhadap Petronas bagi mendapatkan cukai jualan tidak berbayar produk petroleum mencecah RM1.3 bilion.
