Timbalan Pendakwa Raya Mohd Ashrof Adrin Kamarul berkata mereka menerima e-mel pada Jumaat daripada Mahkamah Persekutuan memaklumkan dua hari bagi pendengaran itu dilapangkan kerana beberapa hakim yang menganggotai panel untuk mendengar semakan Najib terlibat dengan kes lain. Dalam permohonannya Najib juga mahu menyemak semula keputusan Mahkamah Persekutuan pada 16 Ogos tahun lepas yang menolak permohonannya untuk mengemukakan keterangan lanjut berkaitan Mohd Nazlan Mohd Ghazali, hakim perbicaraan dalam kes SRC International itu.
