“Namun berdasarkan kumpulan foto dan video tular berkenaan suasana di malam penganjuran konsert, jelas terpampar percampuran tempat duduk antara lelaki dan perempuan sehingga menimbulkan persoalan tentang penguatkuasaan Enakmen Kawalan Hiburan dan Tempat-Tempat Hiburan 1998 yang melanggar garis panduan ditetapkan kerajaan negeri.
Beliau berkata, pihaknya juga terkilan dengan Timbalan Menteri Besar Kelantan, Mohamed Fadzli Hassan, yang menyatakan KJH akan melakukan pengasingan penonton.
