KEJAYAAN Putrajaya dalam rundingan semula projek Laluan Rel Pantai Timur dengan China sehingga mendapat kos pembinaan yang lebih murah adalah bukti kepimpinan Pakatan Harapan mampu “mempertahankan kepentingan rakyat” tanpa menggadaikan kewangan negara, kata Menteri Hal Ehwal Ekonomi Mohamed Azmin Ali.
Jumaat lepas, Putrajaya berjaya mencapai persetujuan dengan Beijing untuk mengurangkan kos pembinaan Fasa 1 dan 2 ECRL kepada RM44 bilion. Kos terbaru itu dikurangkan sebanyak RM21.5 bilion daripada kos asal mencecah RM65.5 bilion. Bermula July 2018, akses bagi laporan penuh hanya untuk anda yang melanggan.
