Pengerusi PN Pahang Saifuddin Abdullah berkata inisiatif itu merupakan usaha gabungan politik berkenaan untuk memainkan peranan sebagai pembangkang berkualiti dan konstruktif selain meningkatkan prestasi dalam memberi perkhidmatan kepada rakyat. “Setiap Ahli Dewan Undangan Negeri PN mempunyai satu atau dua portfolio dan mereka akan memainkan peranan dengan mengetuai perbincangan mengenai portfolio masing-masing termasuk aduan yang diterima daripada rakyat,” katanya selepas mempengerusikan mesyuarat khas Adun dan ahli Parlimen PN di Kuantan.
