Mengikut pertuduhan, Sean Edward Kenneth Quinn, 30, didakwa menyebabkan kematian penolong pengurus, Nurin Najmina Mohd. Radzuan, 24, pada pukul 3 pagi, 12 Julai lalu di sebuah unit sebuah kondominium di Jalan Damansara, Bukit Kiara di sini.
Pertuduhan terhadapnya dibuat mengikut Seksyen 302 Kanun Keseksaan yang memperuntukkan hukuman mati, jika sabit kesalahan. Bagaimanapun tiada sebarang pengakuan direkodkan kerana kes bunuh berada di bawah bidang kuasa Mahkamah Tinggi. Pada prosiding hari ini, pendakwaan dikendalikan Timbalan Pendakwa Raya, Sareeka Balakrishnan manakala tertuduh diwakili peguam, Vivek Sukumaran.
Majistret Nurul Izzah Shaharuddin kemudian menetapkan sebutan semula kes pada 25 September depan. – UTUSAN
